History

Karmacracy was born because we were obsessed with the idea of the need of a global karma; and that idea made us register this domain in 2006. Over the next 4 years, we worked making this idea come true but it was not until early 2010 when it began to get real.

It was in May when (by chance? destiny? faith?) we met the idea of url shortening, and that's when the whole universe of karmacracy found the right concept on which it could be built.

After several months of discussion and a few Grimbergen beers on the "Singular" Pub in Bilbao, we began typing the first few lines of code. In late July 2010, with the first prototype ready, it was finally when our friends were able to test it. Our 4 years journey had just started!

These are the first lines in the history of karmacracy. It is up to you to write the rest of them.

Telecommunications Engineer who reads the world in 0s and 1s. Born in 7B9, in San Sebastián; and ended up living in Bilbao. Since my father brought home a Dragon 32, the idea of weaving the virtual world has fascinated me, maybe it's because I don't know how to do it in the real world. I believe technology can do a lot for this world, and that's what I'm into. My twitter account @itortv allows me to shout without waiting for an answer.
